Leeds Counselling
is one of four agencies delivering NHS primary care
mental health services in Leeds, as part of the IAPT
(Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) programme.
We provide a service which offers CBT (Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy) for people referred to us by their
NHS primary care mental health worker. This service is
intended to help with common mental health problems such
as depression, anxiety and panic attacks, and stress.
Sessions take place both at premises in Leeds city
centre and in various community venues across the city.
